PROJECT BRIEF

A prominent movie studio that owns a huge vacant parcel of land, right in the heart of the most premium locality of Hyderabad- Banjara Hills, wants to develop a destination point here comprising offices and recreational block. The unique site consists of two levels separated by a green band which sharply slopes down. It is proposed that the office cum residential building be built on the elevated parcel such that it opens up to the views of the lower level site. Whereas, the recreational block with multiplex is proposed on the lower site. This recreational building block has a perforated façade that provides stunning views of the sloping green band.
