PROJECT BRIEF

The completely circular clubhouse is located at the focal center of a large housing complex with 12 storey high towers surrounding it. The design provides indoor spaces as well as outdoor terraces for recreation and health purpose. Flat terraces together with a number of sloping roofs help in merging club with the ground, such that it looks pleasing to the eye of the user. At the same time, the rooftop pool as well as roof top treatment ascertains that the viewers from the adjoining towers have something appealing to look at.

Interiors - The Club is located in a mid- range housing complex. A communal place such as this required interiors that would be conventional in design using colors and design scheme that could be pleasing to its numerous users. Accordingly, mix of warm whites and browns are used in color scheme, with the use of popular materials such as Diana Beige Italian Marble, Laminated flooring, wall paneling with veneer and laminate, etc. Also, strict consideration is given to client’s restrictive budget while finalizing specifications.
