PROJECT BRIEF

The project offers value homes in the beautiful setting of Chevron Islands in Surfers Paradise. The unit layouts have been designed to exploit the beautiful views of water. The building avoids use of basement construction in a high flood zone and utilizes podium levels for parking. The facade is broken by means of screens and trellises to respond to the finer grain of adjoining single residences. Additionally, diverse variety of screens are employed to provide substantial layering of the façade.
