PROJECT BRIEF

An average looking housing building has to be remodeled into a contemporary 4-Star Hotel. The existing building creates challenges such as low floor heights, numerous columns and service points in undesirable locations. These challenges are carefully addressed in the modified floor layouts, and room interiors are proposed, based on the contemporary look. Further, several diverse façade treatments are experimented with to achieve the aesthetics befitting a contemporary hotel.
