PROJECT BRIEF

The Client was in possession of a one acre vacant plot earmarked for a housing complex. However, due to recession in real estate, the Client desired that the plot be landscaped for use as a Banquet Lawn in limited budget.

Hence, minimalistic options are evolved for landscaping this three side open plot. The Front retains the main access, while the rear is converted into mandatory parking space with adjoining utility rooms.
