Concept for Proposed Project

The 1.9 acre housing development near Faridabad comprises of plotted scheme and built apartment blocks.

The apartment buildings are clustered around a large landscaped park, which encourages community interaction. The visually connected rows of apartments create a unified facade. Flats either have views of central park or look outwards onto the adjoining neighborhood park or main road. Additionally, a network of interconnected smaller internal parks provides not just light and ventilation, but also, private spaces for more intimate interaction.
