PROJECT BRIEF

The project is located in the front center of a large under- construction housing complex. The design objective has been to create a mixed use building that attracts retail customers and yet coherently gels well with the existing housing development. The mixed usesection carries on the radial design and symmetry of the housing master plan by incorporating two twin towers that sit on a podium base of retail and recreational amenities. The dexterous unit layouts and floor plans ensure optimization of high FAR thereby achieving more salable dwelling units for the developed. The project is designed as a Gold Rated Green Building
