PROJECT BRIEF

For this premium project, it was aspired that the design should stand out, such that it would create an identity for itself as well as its users, so that customers would want to associate with it. The clients preferred design has been able to create not only a wonderful living environment for users, it also maximizes open areas, provides green spaces at multiple levels. Further, it adapts a plan that achieves high salable areas and has uniqueness that will be easy to sell- the foremost objective of the developer.

Further, alternative design proposals are attempted to test diverse design aesthetics and ordering.
