Concept for Proposed Project

The generously spaced hotel complex is envisaged as an elite yet approachable amenity that can be used by not just visiting guests, but also residents staying in vicinity. Apart from offering ancillary hospitality spaces like serviced apartments, banquets, restaurants, etc., the complex also houses a full-fledged shopping street, recreational plaza and sports facilities.

The curvilinear design addresses the challenge of a corner plot well, such that the building appears to belong to both roads equally. The intermixing concave and convex curves maximise the adjacent garden views and give warmth to the spaces. Massing of building is studied to resolve design further.
