PROJECT BRIEF

A challenging plot with triangular shape is to be utilized for commercial development. An urban design study of the area is conducted by the Architects to ascertain the ideal programs for the building. It is found that the developing sector of Gurgaon is deficient in Recreational Areas. Hence, rather than a neighborhood shopping complex, the proposed design incorporates large format recreational spaces such as destination restaurants, bowling alleys, gymnasium, furniture outlets, etc. that complement the high potential Service Apartment use. The built form provides various outdoor terraces and spaces as places for recreation.
